LibreOffice 3.3- General input/output error.

Hello guys,

I am writing an article about my project to my company, but suddenly when I tried to save the document this error appeared. What does it mean about input output error?

I am not a technical person so I don’t have any idea how to fix this problem.

Please help me.

LibreOffice 3.3- General input/output error.

Hi friend,

LibreOffice 3.3 has a common error named Error saving the document Untitled1 or whatever it is called that does not matter. Main fact is when you open a network sharing through Libreoffice that time this error shows most.

To avoid this problem you have to use Ubuntu 11.04 and change some configuration in Ubuntu 11.04. Here you have to make a profile with password.LibreOffice 3.3 gives I/O error if it can’t access root profile. So log in Ubuntu as root user is other solution.

Also you can change or replace LibreOffice 3.3 with a new version LibreOffice 3.4.4. This will help you go through this problem.
