LifeCam Software 3.0 is Facing a Trouble

Hi, I am downloading LifeCam Software 3.0 through disc and this error was started when I am using the webcam, "lifecam.exe has facing a trouble and had to escape. Sorry for this interruption.” I have deleted the program and downloaded other software in Microsoft website but when I started my webcam again, the same error appears. I really need help. Thanks.

LifeCam Software 3.0 is Facing a Trouble

You will need to uninstall the application completely from your computer, and not just deleting it and do a clean uninstallation. After you have uninstalled the application from your system, you will need to do the following:

• Run the disk cleanup utility to remove any files that are associated with that application.
• Also execute the ccleaner application so as to repair any broken registry entries that might be also causing the problem occur. It is a third party application and therefore you will need to download it and install it.
• After you have done that, you will need to get another copy of the lifecam software that you are sure that it does not have problems and install it.
