Hello!
I'm looking for a Linux Painting Software (something like MSPaint) which is having the features of Zoom-in, Show pixel-grid, Coordinates of Pixel of the current position in the drawing.
I've used MSPaint frequently for drawing driving directions maps, to create placeholder graphics, also for to the scale drawings like hexagonal maps, grid paper and other stuffs where coordinates help a lot.
Can anyone help me out on this?
Thanks!

Hi there Adam Musick,
I'd like to recommend you to try one of the following:
GIMP is the really awesome and powerful image manipulation program that will fulfill your needs for sure. It has all the functions you are looking for plus much more, is free and can be downloaded from
https://www.gimp.org/.
Another software I'd recommend is KolourPaint. It has a bit less functions available than GIMP as it is made mostly for painting and not editing images, but is really easy to use and if you used to work in MSPaint you will find your way around it very quickly. You can check and download it from:
http://kolourpaint.sourceforge.net/.
Best regards,
Drake Vivian

Hello , Adam Musick
Hope you are fine. I think I can give you a solution. So don’t worry. You can use Tux Paint which is an award winning drawing program.
Download Tux Paint
Pinata 1.0 painting software. Pinto is a Linux system image editor. Pinto has a Photoshop like user interface. You can easily use it if you are familiar with Photoshop. It would be useful for you.
MyPaint is another useful software for you. It is fast and easy open-source graphics application for digital painters. It allows you to focus on the art instead of the program.
Download MyPaint
Hope you will get your answer.
