Linux similar features with Windows7

Is there a Linux version that has all the features, ease of use and software/hardware compatibility as that of Windows 7 and has an in-built virtual machine to install the Distro distribution system?

Linux similar features with Windows7

With my knowledge of the Linux distributions, the one that I have found to be easier to use is the open use distribution. It is user friendly, its commands are easy to use and it has the ability to support windows applications like ms office for people who find open office to be hard to use. But I have used Linux mint too and it was easy to use.

But when it comes to dealing with software and installation of new applications, all Linux versions are pretty much the same because you have to use commands to install additional applications. It is a just a matter of being conversant with working with the commands that will make you get much out the Linux distributions if you have to use some additional applications.
