Hello there Adam,
There are many sites which provide links to lists of online project management tools. You can also find lists for open source online project managements tools which are web-based and free to use. I am attaching links to two such sites:

There are some which offer free download, but they ask you to buy a product key and/or upgrade your membership after a free trial. Below are links to two sites which lists software that enable free download but require membership and a cost:
