Live interior 3d pro Mac problems

Hi there,

A couple of days ago I purchased downloaded live interior 3d pr from the itunes store, and just yesterday when I tried to update it, the software update software of the program said that my copy of live interior 3d pr is pirated and needed to be purchased in order to update it.

I already updated, how can I prove to apple and the developer of live interior 3d pr that my copy is genuine and not pirated?

Live interior 3d pro Mac problems

Hi there Gutierrez Ryan,

 

I'm sorry to hear about your problems.

 

Unfortunately there is not much to do with license problems. If your version is updated and working, there may be a bug so I wouldn't worry much as it will be fixed soon. If you're experiencing difficulties with running your software after the update, the only thing I can recommend you is to contact the technical support, explain the problem and try to find the solution.
