Hi People,

Can someone please help me with my mail problem? I’ve just downloaded Zimbra with Outlook connector. I’m having synchronization issues and I can’t send and receive mails. Seems that I’m getting “This object does not have an ID, it is a newly created item”.

Please help.

Hi,

If you mention the software version then it may be easy to solve for me. But no problem hope I can help you.

Generally Zimbra V6,V7, V9 has this problem. I have found that, who are using V5 they’ve no problem at all. So you can roll back to Zimbra V5. If you’re using V5 but error is occurring then follow as below:

Open Zimbra administration Console.

Go to Global configuration.

Then IMAP/POP enable text login.

Now restart the Zimbra.

I think now it is going fine.
