My LogMeIn has been working fine for a couple of months. After the updates, it stopped working. I can access my pc remotely but cannot control it or I am unable to use it. I am using internet Explorer 8 as the browser. Although this new version loads faster than the old one. It would be nice if it will work again.
I really enjoy using it because I am able to access my pc remotely anywhere as long as I have internet connection to the places I go to. Hoping that this will be resolved soon.
Thank you so much.

LogMeIn not working after installing updates
This problem is mainly caused by the Data Execution Prevention option of Internet Explorer 8. Data Execution Prevention or DEP is the service which disables dangerous memory sharing between two programs to prevent malware or virus attacks. Unlike Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8 has its own DEP which prevents malware attacks through ActiveX components. However, it is the feature that is causing LogMeIn to crash at the moment. To solve the problem for now, you have to disable DEP on IE8.
You can find it in the security list at TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED at IE8. There, “uncheck the Enable memory protection to help mitigate on-line attacks”. If the option is greyed out, run IE8 as administrator and try again.

You may try to remove the mirror drivers to fix the problem.
Go STARTUP > SETTINGS > DEVICE MANAGER > DISPLAY ADAPTER > LOGMEIN MIRROR DRIVER.
From here, right click the logmein mirror driver and uninstall the driver. After fixing successfully, restart your computer.
