Hi experts,
I have this error when PC is loading. I click Restart and the system starts to restart. This error doesn’t appear every time I open my PC but is really annoying because I can’t use my PC all day sometimes. Please can anyone help me to fix this error? What is the cause?
Thanks!

The Logon User Interface DLL NWGINA.DLL Failed to load.
Hello,
“NWGINA.DLL” is a DLL file inside your system that is encrypted by Windows XP by default. You have to break the encryption, I mean, decrypting the file in order to fix this issue.
1. Go to “C: WindowsSystem32”.
2. Find out “nwgina.dll”.
3. Right-click on it and select “Properties”.
4. Open “Advanced” tab.
5. Uncheck the box telling “Encrypt Contents to Secure Data”.
6. Click Apply >> OK.
7. Restart your PC.
Now, the file is decrypted and can be accessed by all programs. There will be no more issue with this case.
The Logon User Interface DLL NWGINA.DLL Failed to load.
The full error reads “The Logon User Interface DLL NWGINA.DLL failed to load”. The problem here is with the “MSGINA.DLL” file which is used occasionally by “AWGINA.DLL” instead of “NWGINA.DLL”. The problem happens even if Symantec PCAnywhere is configured correctly to chain with “NWGINA.DLL”. This problem is already fixed in Novell Client 4.90 and Novell Client 4.83 Service Pack 3 for Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
In several hardware configurations and combinations of installed applications, a timing window seems to be hit that would prevent Novell’s GINA or “NWGINA.DLL” from successfully loading. When the operating system cannot load the GINA DLL file successfully, you will receive the following error and you must restart the computer because login and authentication is not possible:
