Can someone suggest me some avaya phone tricks to avoid calls as I work in a call centre and it is too tiring. Can someone please help me?

Looking For Avaya Phone Tricks To Avoid Calls

1. Try putting your status on unavailable for sometime and then back to available to push yourself to the back of the pack for the next calls.
2. Sometimes customers don’t hang up the call and leave it, so just stay online. This will buy you some extra time for sure without any effort.
3. Taking some small breaks before and after official breaks sleep helps.
