I am trying to find steps to check internet connectivity on my Windows PC. People please help me and give me some methods to check that on my PC. Thanks.

Looking For Check My Website For Errors Solutions

You can try the following-

1. In run text box type devmgmt.msc and then hit enter
2. Proceed to network adapter in device manager and then click to update driver software. If it shows as up to date then it’s good
3. Open command prompt as admin and then type ipconfig/all and then proceed
4. Then enter nslookup to check if your connection is working or not.

There are different ways how to check your computer for internet connectivity. Most of the time, users only do this when they experience problems connecting to a website. One way to check your computer for internet connectivity is to ping a website like Google. To try the ping method, click “Start,” “All Programs,” “Accessories” then “Command Prompt.”

In the command prompt window, type without quotes “ping google.com” then hit Enter. The output should be something like this:

You can replace “google.com” with any website you like. If the result shows “0% loss” that means your connection is good. But if the result shows some lost packets, your connection is having problems. You probably need to reset your router if your computer is connected to a router.

The ping command in Microsoft Windows is a tiny program that allows a user to verify the existence of a specific IP address and can accept requests. Another way to check for internet connectivity is to actually open your web browser and visit a website and then try clicking some links.
