Looking for a Photoshop stitch effect Plugin for Mac

I was browsing some images online edited by using an application called Adobe Photoshop and I saw this image with a cross stitch effect. I wonder if there are any photoshop stitch effect plugin for mac that would give the same effect. I want my photo to appear with a needlework effect making the image looks like a piece of tapestry.

Looking for a Photoshop stitch effect Plugin for Mac

An option may be to use the mosaic filter to create the image appear as still it was finished of large blocks. Add a layer mask to that image consisting of a repeating pattern of X's (each X being no larger than a single mosaic square) and then apply bevel and drop shadow styles to the layer to give it a bit of dimension.

Hello Abram,

There are so many filter options available in Adobe Photoshop. As you have asked for cross stitch effect I'm afraid this is not available but you can use the mosaic filter option which will give you almost the same effect like cross stitch effect. You can also use drop shadow in the layers. Hope this could be a help.
