Looking for a sony vaio download driver pcva IR5U download

My excuse if I would be asking about quite a basic subject. I just couldn't find it. I've got a Vaio RS502.

And I reformatted and reinstalled windows a few days ago, and the computer can't find their receiver , which are results now that I can't use my remote controller for the computer. Are there Any drivers for the IR receiver?

Hi Kurt,

 

Since you mentioned that you reformatted and reinstalled Windows on your Vaio PC, I would advise you to use the Recovery CD that came with your Sony Vaio RS502 to reinstall the drivers for the computer. The Recovery CD should have the driver for the PCVA IR5U receiver.

 

In case you don’t have the Recovery CD with you, you can download the drivers for your Sony Vaio by going to the link below:

If this does not resolve the issue, you may also contact Sony Vaio technical support so they can provide you with the driver you need.

Hello,

I think you need to recover your window or use a system restore for restoring your computer, as it will take your system to original drivers point. But, if you want to download new drivers for it and keep the changes, then here’s the link for download VAIO RS202 original drivers.
