Looking for suggestions on exporting Sharepoint info

Hello,

I work for a company where we have many share point databases. I have to export all these into different lists for analysis and the need to prepare charts for the data. I will have to do some other tasks like mail merge, etc., I am searching for some automated tools or websites to perform these tasks.

Does anybody aware of such tools? It would be a great help if you give some suggestions on this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,

 

Sharepoint has native business intelligence tools. The Report Center is the centralized business intelligence dashboard where one can access, manipulate, and share various forms of business data. The primary tools of interest to you would be the following:

 

-Excel BI

-Excel Services

-PerformancePoint Services

-Visio Services

 

You can perform a mail merge with Sharepoint files using a specialized tool. That function is currently not available as a standard feature or an add-on.
