As you suggested, I uninstalled Team Assign and restarted my computer. Then I used a disk utility application to check my system. When I re-installed the software after that, I saw that the problem had gone. I am no longer getting any error messages. The link you provided is excellent.
Your right, that website has a great collection of library files where I can download missing dll files from different software.
