Lookup handle error occur on call tracking on my Lotus Notes 6.5

The answer on your question is just to update your lotus note application to lotus note 8.5.3. Lotus note 6.5 got a problem these days because of the latest patch 8.5.3. Just download the file and your problem will be fix.

After downloading it from the given website, go to the folder where you save the downloaded file. But before you install the latest update (the file which you just downloaded, you need to uninstall first the older version. You will get an error while trying to uninstall the older version. Here are some steps to solve this problem.

1. Find Lotus notes and delete the related files.

2. Delete all the registry entries and Connected directions.

3. Here are the files that needed to be located:

a. nlnotes.exe in your disks to find the Notes program folder.

b. names.nsf in your disks to find the Notes data folder.

4. Save specific user profiles (names.nsf archives nsfs from the data folder).

5. After saving your files you can now delete the notes program and data folders.

Here is another step in this problem.

In run(which you can access via the start menu) type in “regedit” then remove:

• “HKEY_CURRENT_USERsoftwareLotusNotesInstaller” 

And delete all the subkeys. Remove the:

• HKEY_Local_machinesoftwareLotusNotes.
