Lotus agent to auto forward emails

I want to create an agent in Lotus notes 6.5 to auto forward the emails to email address. But I am unable to do this and I don’t know why. Do I need to log in to Lotus notes to do it? Can anyone tell me what’s going on?

Lotus agent to auto forward emails

 

Hi , the only problem comes when the body of the original message will be void as you can check it before using "rtnav.Insert"  and later use the Script Debugger (Menu/Tools/Debug Lotus Script) to find and fix the next issues.

 

–>You will have to create a simple agent and then Open your mail goto file->create menu->choose Agent. You Alter the properties by changing the runtime trigger to "After new mail arrives". Click on the Add Action button, change the action to "Send Mail Message" .

 

–>Now Expand the tools in left navigator then open the Rules view. Click on the create rule button. Add the "All Documents" to the condition, later add "Send copy to" to the specified action then you will be allowed to add your email address.

 

–>If you wish not to keep a copy in your email, then there are options to delete the email using the agent, but it is probably the easiest way to just add your personal email address to the mail forwarding field.
