Lotus Notes It is not able to find the entry in index

When I am trying to make a new request with Lotus Notes an error message comes which displays that ‘It is not able to find the entry in index’. I have not made any changes in codes, but immediately start making problem.

Please help me to fix the problem. Thanks in advance.

Lotus Notes It is not able to find the entry in index

You may have not made any changes in the codes, but any changes you might have made in the lotus settings could also be responsible for the error that you are receiving. Also an application or software that you installed might have affected the status of the lotus settings and thus causing the problem that you are having with it right now, and therefore you will need to check and fix that.

If there are any changes you might have made to the lotus application  or the system as a whole, you will need to restore the system to a previous state before the problem started occurring, so as the changes will be eliminated and therefore bring the system back to normal.
