Lotus notes sametime issue in screen sharing

The Instant Share (screen sharing) is not working in my sametime. Need this to be corrected as i was unable to explain the functionalities to my peers in UK. Can you please do the needful at the earliest

Lotus notes sametime issue in screen sharing

Hello Weanna,

Note that only a single user at a time can have the capability to control the shared screen. Some users can be able to see the initials of the user that is controlling the shared screen, but the person in control of the screen will not be able to see the initials in the event that somebody else is controlling the screen. Whoever is sharing the screen should be able to view the participant list details to be able to confirm the person controlling the screen.

What the admin does is controlling any collaborative activity especially for meetings on the same server using the Configuration – Meeting Services – General Tab of a similar Administration Tool.
