Lotus Notes – The server is not responding

Hi Experts,

While sending a mail with my Lotus Notes 6.5.6 I have received an error message.

It says that the server is not responding. Have a look at the error message below.

I searched several ways to find the problem, but everything was alright. Have you any idea for the problem?

Please help me to solve the problem.

Lotus Notes – The server is not responding

Hi,

When you get this kind of error, you’ll have to check some basic Domino that could be problematic.  Please follow these:

>>Navigate to the port tab and note the network ports.

>>Please make sure that the Net Address field for the source or the destination server has a basic tab and fully qualified host name.

>>If the above problem does not fix your issue, try resetting your internet settings.

>>Try reinstalling the Lotus Notes onto your computer.

This should fix your issue.
