M2eclipse Plugins for JBoss Developer Studio Beta2: network connection problems

Hi,

I tried to install m2eclipse plugins for my JBoss Developer Studio Beta2 but keep getting the error. I tried allowing this in the firewall and still it could not connect. Is this because of a poor connection speed or is it the installer’s problem?

M2eclipse Plugins for JBoss Developer Studio Beta2: network connection problems

Hello Charmane,

The error you are getting is due to a proxy configuration issue, and therefore to resolve it you will need to check the following:

• Check the network settings on your computer and ensure that they have been configured properly.
• If the firewall is blocking the application, you will need to add it to firewall exceptions.
