Mac OSx ppt converter PDF

HELLO !

I have a simple query about Mac osx ppt converter pdf that is OSX 10.6 includes the ability to show a "preview" of PPT files by selecting a file in Finder and hitting Cmd-Y.

But in this preview, I cannot select text to copy and paste, and I cannot print or save in a different format.

Is there an app for OSX that simply converts PPTs to PDFs?

Mac OSx ppt converter PDF

Hello
You can use Microsoft PowerPoint for Mac. Follow these instructions:
– Click on File then on Print
– Check Scale to fit paper checkbox
– Click on bottom left dropdown menu and select PDF
– Click on first option "Save as PDF", select name for your file and click Save button
– Now you'll see some warnings just click Yes and you have converted file

Mac OSx ppt converter PDF

Hi Evelyndnell

There is no need to install any other app to convert PPT to PDF on Mac

As you are having 10.6 OSX, you can open the desired PPT file, then go to  File > Print

Then at the bottom, select save as PDF under the PDF button

Now to select any text , you can open the created PDF and preview them on your MacBook.
