Mac printing error on Xerox WC 7120

Recently I bought a WC 7120 and I installed it in every pc on the network and works great, but in every MAC I installed, the driver stops working after a while, and the printer screen displays an error number, error 016-573. I've searched all over the internet and already ask to the seller but nobody knows what this means. I installed the driver from the installer in the cd, the printer has a static IP, and only mac computers got the error. Can you help me?

Mac printing error on Xerox WC 7120

Xerox released a new driver for mac, it is not published through. But here is the link from where you can sort out and also install the latest firmware also on the machine, you can download it on the support section.

Document name with accent characters generate error code 016-573, from Mac OS 10.6.3.

Here is the correct driver that fixes that issue, although the upper one is newer, so that driver should include also the fix… try both.
PS: Xerox should have known about this issue, they fixed it.

Hi,

You using WC 7120 in MAC operating system, most probably you should do this things.

"Optical photoconductor needs to be replaced". If it works that good. But if is not working you should go through the software update after .
