This hasn't been a problem before I switched to another router but now I'm experiencing contant wireless networking disruptions that I have to switch Airport on and off every several minutes. My router is a D-Link DIR-615. I noticed in forums that people that uses the same router as I have are experiencing the same wireless connectivity problems. How can I resolve such issue with my MacBook Pro?

It looks like your router is having power supply problems; if the power fluctuates it has a bad effect on a Wi-Fi connection. One more thing you could notice is Wi-Fi 802.11g has interference with wireless mouse, keyboard and printers. Every router works on a certain frequency and if that frequency matches with your wireless devices you will experience a lot of problems with the signal strength because of interference. I would suggest you to change your router and buy a new one because some times interference can also cause permanent damage to your delicate electronics.
