Magento installation Error on XAMPP Server Locally

Hello Guys

I am trying to install magento, but i am receiving this error, Please any one tell me it's solution. There has been an error processing your request Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.

Error log record number: 1562560031 I check all solution from internet but those are not useful for me.

Who face this problem practically, only that person leave answer from this question did not get answers from internet because those are useless for me., I check all those. I am using this version ( magento-1.7.0.2_2 )

Magento installation Error on XAMPP Server Locally

 

Hi there user:

While you install Magento with version 1.7.0.2_2 this error popped-up. I think it troubles your unit because of the previous installed version of Magento (Version 1.4 and above). Before you install the latest version of Magento, you should uninstall the previous version (properly) and make sure you have removed all the tools associated with it.
