Magic Bullet Suite crashes on Windows 8

I recently upgraded to Windows 8 from Windows 7 64 bit.  My Magic Bullet Suite 11 with Denoiser 1.4 update now crashes when launched.  What could be the problem?  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

Magic Bullet Suite crashes on Windows 8

Hello Dear Wilson Moores,

This is very common problem and have many reasons behind it.

As you know that window 8 is specially designed for the network. So many software cannot work properly on this window.

As you said that you have installed a version of this software but it is failed to start.

Dear you have upgraded your windows. So that this is happening.

Please reinstall your windows 8 by formatting the hard disk.

And choose a version that is designed for windows 8.

The version which is compatible with windows 7 will not work properly on windows 8.
