Mails from contacts are shown in Outlook 2003 spam folder

The mails from a person in my contact list are showing in the spam folder of my Outlook 2003. How can I stop this from happening?

Hi Isabella,

You may want to check if the person’s email address is on your Blocked senders list. You may also need to check the settings of your Outlook profile. To do this, please do the steps below:

·         Open your Outlook then click on Actions > Junk or Spam Email Options

·         On Options tab, make sure the setting is set on Low for the application to only move obvious junk email.

·         You can try to add the person’s email address on the Safe Senders list so as for the issue to not happen again.

·         You need to check and make sure that the person’s email address is not on the Blocked Senders tab.
