Make mp4 mov readable by samsung monte

How can I save video files to my Samsung monte. I had some videos to save in my smart phone but every time I transfer the files, it is unrecognized by my device. How can I make mp4 mov supported by monte? What video format is compatible with monte? Should I convert these videos into recognizable format or can I just install a player?

Hi,

You have to know that Samsung monte supports  formats  including MPEG4, 3GP etc, and as I know it supports 128*160 resolution well. So you should  convert your videos to supported format and resolution and also with loss less quality. You can try Total Video Converter for Mac,
