Malware Remover has encountered a problem

Hi,

Malware Remover has encountered a problem. It is showing an awful error message while installing it. The screenshot of the error message is as under. Have you any idea for the issue? How can I get a remedy of this warning?

Remote installation is a SUPERAntiSpyware Professional feature.

A registration code will be required to complete the installation.

To install SUPERAntiSpyware without a registration code,

close all remote access software (VNC/Logmein, etc) and restart setup.

Hi Martin Thompson,

You may temporarily close the all remote access software because the software you’re installing deals about spyware and remote access from other computer is one of them. But don’t worry you can allow it to access you after you installed the software.

Hello,

 

1. I think Operating system that you are using that is not compatible with the software.

2. You can try a new version.
