There are many third APPS to manage your G+ account. The name of some popular APPS are given below:-

1. Hootsuit :- Hootsuit is the most popular APP to manage a G+ account. This is a free APP and so are other G+ third party APPS. You can also use this APP to manage other social media sites.

2. TweetDeck :- This APP was mainly developed to operate Twitter but now it has a G+ version. The best feature is that it has separate columns for your different type of interaction with your friends.

3. Seemic :- This is by far the best third party APP for G+ manage. Toptenreviews gave it a 10/10. It has three different sections, web, desktop and mobile. You can access everything from this APP.
