Managing Hotfix with XenApp 6.5 Farm

I have a newly installed XenApp 6.5 farm but the Hotfix Management Console is showing a Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and Components that is already installed. I have Hotfixes 001 and 002 but it does not appear on the summary list. Is there a solution?

Managing Hotfix with XenApp 6.5 Farm

To solve that problem, you will need to try dropping the service from the farm, and that you will do by running the Xenapp Role Manager shortcut, and after that you will go from there and then try fixing the display issue and see if it will work. Make sure that when fixing you do using the right version.

It will not take a long time for you to drop the server and re-add so but just a few minutes and therefore it not such a  big deal, but then in case you have only one XA server and no redundancy then I will suggest that you just leave it as is because it does not appear to break anything when it is that way.
