Mapping ftp drives in windows and unknown error occurs

How to map FTP drives, there is an unknown file error when I tried in my windows 7 32 bit operating system. Maybe I am just a newbie in the world of technology I still need expert's help. Thanks

Mapping ftp drives in windows and unknown error occurs

Hi,

Here's the correct way of mapping FTP Drive:

 

1. Open Windows Explorer and Select Map Network Drive

2. Select Connect to a web site that you can use to store your documents and pictures

3. Select custom network location

4. Type in the FTP Address

5. Enter the FTP Server Username

6. Enter your name and Finish the wizard
