If you are having a problem resetting your phone maybe to its factory default, try rebooting your phone then try resetting it again. See if it works on your next attempt. But if not and you are still having a problem resetting it, try turning it off. After that open its back cover then detach its battery.
Keep it detached maybe for a couple of minutes let’s say about 2 to 3 minutes. This is just to clear the device. After that, install again the battery, close the back cover and then restart the phone. See if you can now reset the phone.
