On my college, there is an internet boundary to limit maximum file size download.

Maximum file size download only 100 Mb, more than that the file can not be downloaded.

My question is what should I do if i want to download more than 100 Mb?

For example I need to download Tutorial video from MIT which is more than 100 Mb in size

Thanks

Try using a different IP example 162.128.122.101,search on Google then verify if it works on your network.

Otherwise use masking software's like ultrasurf,u can download it.

Hope your problem is solved

I think this is only practiced in schools so that students will not download too much files.

But generally when you install Windows on a computer, the download limit is really not set.

If you are in school, I’m not sure if you can access the system registry of the computer because network administrators usually restrict this section on the computer.

But you may still try.
Click Start then Run.
Type regedit then hit Enter.
When the Registry Editor opens, go to this section: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesWebClientParameters]. Check if FileSizeLimitInBytes is present on the entries. If there is an entry there with that name, double-click it then increase its value. This is usually used in WebDav application so I’m not sure if this will work on your workstation.
