McAfee antivirus shows faulting module error

Hello there,

I have installed McAfee antivirus and it stops responding after 2-3 minutes. I’ve found this Event Properties, I don’t remember how, but is weird because it says something about my Mozilla browser. Can anyone help me to fix this? What should I do to repair my PC?

McAfee antivirus shows faulting module error

After reading your question all that I've thought is that it cannot get your mozilla firefox's resources to use in your mcafee, you know, free antivirus programs offers you online ads and it uses some files from your browser and flash to their UI.

Do this, turn off your parental controls from your control panel, i know it's a bit risky but turning them down for a couple of minutes may not be that vulnerable. Go to

Start > Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Change User Accounts Control Settings > Turn it off > Reboot
