McAfee Errors when Checking Mails in Outlook Express

This error occurred when I tried to check my mail in Outlook Express. The error is stating:

“Error found in Custom UI XML of McAfee AddIn; Line: 1, Column: 118, Error Code 0x80004005, Unknown Namespace: //schemas.microsoft.com/office/2009/07/customui, Element: Custom UI. ” 

And another error message appears when I hit the OK button on the first error message:

“Error found in Custom UI XML of McAfee AddIn, Line 106, Column: 11, Error Code: 0x80004005, The node is neither valid nor invalid because no DTD/schema declaration was found. ”

After these two error messages, I was able to check my mails. I also found another error that says “DAT out of DATE” after running McAfee Virtual Technician which I cannot fix myself because it is resulting to the same exact error after attempting to fix it. And one more error occurred when I tried to consult an online technician via chat. The message says that:

“A problem has occurred which has caused Explorer to close and re-open this window. ”

And the chat window disappeared. I need someone who can help me resolve this problem. Thanks you so much.

McAfee Errors when Checking Mails in Outlook Express

The errors are generating for:

a. There is a problem/bug in McAfee Add-in for Outlook mail.

b. A Virus/Trojan/Malware somehow got pass through your McAfee Antivirus. It attacked & damaged the McAfee Antivirus and Outlook (also other Windows program). 

As Outlook express is running with the virus, McAfee is trying to block it, also as McAfee is damaged/attacked it is unable to heal/access or delete the outlook files and thus generating several error notifications.

My suggestions are:

a. Download & install the latest patch for McAfee Antivirus, and the problem will go-away.

b. Sometimes, a fresh install clears all previous problems. Install a fresh copy of windows. Download a fresh copy of McAfee Antivirus and put your activation key in it. 

Download the Update-definition (also patch) of McAfee and update McAfee. Scan your Computer. Now configure Outlook express and use it normally.
