I just changed my internet connection speed with my ISP. I want to know if there is way to accurately measure the internet speed. The progam has to be accurate and help me produce some sort of report as I am suspecting that my ISP is currently capping my speed and not providing the require package.

Various third-party websites are formulated for testing the speed of the internet connection provided by numerous suppliers. There are some web pages that enable you to visualize the amount of bandwidth in your connection. The results clearly indicate the upload and the download speed of the computer.
