Media Monkey address violation error

after installation of media monkey I tried running it on my windows 7 and gave me the following error screen. I don’t know what's the reason and how to solve this issue?

MediaMonkey Access violation at address 004ADEDB in module ‘MediaMonkey.ex’. Read of address 0000006C.

Media Monkey address violation error

Dear Victoria Gaabriell,

Your problem [ MediaMonkey Access violation at address 004ADEDB in module ‘MediaMonkey. Ex’. Read of address 0000006C ] occurred due to your installation problem. You have to install it perfectly on your Windows 7. To install it perfectly, you have to clean your CD-rom, and you have to check your card to see if it is damaged or not. If any kind of problem has occurred, you have to change your CD or CD-rom to get rid of the problem.
