Media Source Error with CyberLink PowerDirector

Hello,

I am trying to import a file using CyberLink PowerDirector but I am unable to use it properly. The file format is standard and fully comply with this program. I also have installed the decoding filters correctly but the same problem displayed. What can I do to remove this issue? Please suggest any idea to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

Cyberlink PowerDirector could not stretch Or position the media you tried to import. This may be because the file you tried to import does not comply with the file format stander,Or because the decoding filters are incorrectly installed.

Media Source Error with CyberLink PowerDirector

Resolution:

The error occurs due to a number of reasons. The following are some of the ways you can use to resolve it:

• Make sure your version of CyberLink PowerDirector is up-to-date.
• Make sure that your graphics card driver is up-to-date.
• Update to the latest version of Windows Media Player or QuickTime software.
• Disable the hardware video encoder when producing, if enabled.
• Try using another source file format in your project.
• If there are third party codecs installed, removed them.
• Try to output the production in a different video file format.
• Go to Preferences and disable Enable HD video processing option.
