MediaPortal Fails to Locate Assembly

I have MediaPortal Version 1 and I am doing some configurations on my channels when the error below appears. I don't know if I am missing something on the setup but any help from our Experts will be much appreciated. I also don't understand the error message. How can I fix this?

Failed to locate assembly 'NLog, Version=1.0.0.505, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5120e14c03d0593c'.

Note that the configuration program must be executed from/reside in the Media Portal folder, the execution will now end.

MediaPortal Fails to Locate Assembly

It could be the problem with Default Separator so may be you need to reinstall the application and provide default values during that. You also need to ensure that older version of Direct X is not running in your system. Please install Direct X (Latest version) and then run Media Portal on top of that.
