How does Meeting Agenda Wizard Office 2010 works? Is there any latest version available on the web today? What are some benefits of this software in terms of database management? what happen to my data if there is an unnecessary shutdown of system? Do I lose  everything I did?

A meeting agenda wizard is meant to help you create a professional looking document, using a step-by-step walk through, that you can use in a meeting. It has 3 template layouts which you can choose from. You can give each activity a time limit so as to enable you to stay on schedule. You also have the option of printing a similar form for putting down the minutes. You can get the latest version here for download. TO create an agenda using the wizard On Word, use these steps.

1. Go to File >> New >> New Document task pane >> Templates >> my computer >> Other Documents tab >> Agenda Wizard.
2. Follow the steps that are given in the wizard.

With every Office application, if your system has an unexpected shutdown before you save something you loose your data. I think this will also apply for agenda wizard.
