Hi Guys.
Has anybody else come across with those non-stop "Memory can't be written" error messages? I constantly have this, and I think it is caused by an application error from "dumprep.exe". Does anyone have an idea what this is about and how to resolve this?
Thanks a lot for whatever helps you can extend.
“Memory can’t be written” error message
Hi Clark, Sometime it is caused by a hardware problem. Maybe your memory overheats. You can test your memory by downloading memtest86 at https://www.memtest86.com/. For a few hours, let the test run and if you get any errors, then probably that’s your problem.
I hope this will help you. Good Day!

For this situation re-installation is not necessary, if you feel that you encounter that error since you installed that program, just uninstall it to your computer in safe mode, remove it using add/remove program features. If the error did not solve by uninstalling that software or any software you installed since that you started to receive that error, you may try to do a windows system restore Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore. Then choose restore point before you encounter that error. I don’t know the reason why this error appears, but I think it is about allocating of the memory of your computer.

Hello Clark,
To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:
-
In case any software or hardware leads to a particular trap, you will need to debug in order to find out what could be the cause. In the event that you think it could be a hardware problem, you will need to do the following:
-
First, you will have to test the RAM in the computer using diagnostic software that is provided by the computer manufacturer. In case any RAM that is reported as bad you will have to replace it. You will need to check and ensure that the RAM in the computer has the same speed.
-
Also try removing or swapping out the controllers, cards, as well as other peripherals.
-
You can also try using a different motherboard on the computer.
-
In case you are over clocking the speed of your processor, you will be required to set it back to the speed at which it is designed to run.
Regards,
Carl
