Hey, the steps for the 651 error code are given below:

• You need to restart the systems first and turn on the same too
• Now press for the F8 key when its turning on the systems
• Now enter to the boot mode
• Next move it up or down and highlight the selections as per the wish
• Now opt for the safe mode and press enter
• Now load the drivers and wait for some time
• Now go to the welcome screen
• Next login with the amdin credentials and it’s done successfully.
