Hey, the 80040154 error code can be due to the installing of various applications not done properly like the Skype and others as well. The solutions for the same are given below:

• Go to the start > programs > accessories > cmd option
• Now run the same as the administration and type for the computer and click for continue too
• Now manually enter the command over the DOS and press enter for the same.
• If any of feedback message prompts then restart the systems too
• Next install the msxml.msi file and run over the systems and the error will not appear again.
