Hey, the software change returned error code 0x800b0109 will appear due to the error caused due to attempting the third party updates for it over the systems as well. Also the download will fail due to it and a terminated certificate is appearing for same. The causes for the same are as follows:

• Can be due to the patch versions as well
• Will allow the Microsoft update for serving the group policy
• The self signed certificated is not download over the system.
