Hi there Chandrad, this error message mainly occurs when the user who is trying to install MSMQ (Microsoft Message Queuing) does not have the permissions to create an object in Active Directory.

The error message can also occur if an object of the computer in Active Directory maybe corrupted or a replication delay in the AD (Active Directory) if your computer just joined the AD domain.

Basically you need to ensure that the user account used during installation is a user in the domain that has the permissions to create objects in the AD.

You can also try resolving this problem by using the approach of removing the user computer out of the domain, eradicate the computer object and join the user computer to the domain again so that another new computer object is created. Before you take this approach you need to ensure that no services are running on the user computer that could be damaged or destroyed.
