Methods to create user in active directory

There are two ways for creating new user in active directory:

Method 1:

• First, login to windows server using domain-connected PC (Make sure that you have RSAT already installed)

• Now, click on Server Manager near Start button.

• Select Active Directory Administrative Center under Tools menu.

• On the left pane, go to the ad(local), and then click on Users

• Go to tasks pane, click on Users, select New, and then choose User from the list.

• In the dialog box that appears, fill all the required fields (you can leave the fields empty that don’t have asterisk mark)

• Click on OK, and your account will be created.

Method 2:

• Start Server Manager, go to Tools menu, and open Active Directory Users and Computer.

• Now, from the left pane, elaborate domain, and choose Users.

• From the right pane, right-click anywhere, and click on New, and then User.

• In the pop-up dialog box, fill the fields, and click on Next.

• Enter the password, and click Next.

• Confirm the information, and click Finish.

• Your user account will be created, and you can access it from the Users container.
