The main reason of this error is due to the contact loss between iTunes and updated server. You can try the following ways to solve it.

1. Download the latest iTunes version and verify the accuracy of time and date in your system.
2. Check that the antivirus or firewalls are not interfering with 443 and 80 port.
3. Remove Internet proxy settings, if any. Try restoring with the good network connection.
