Micro strategy error reporting the results

Hi there,

In MicroStrategy web, report execution fails with error below. I don’t know what is causing this error so I can uninstall the source. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? Should I use System Restore to fix this error ?

Micro strategy error reporting the results

The cache size for the error report is 102,400 KB. You need to resolve the error 40 MB cache size. If it is not possible, then try to use the Maximum RAM for Working Set cache at least 512,000 KB. A collection of message is called as the working set that references instantly the in-memory report.

For your kind information, in the Working Set Result Pool, the ‘Maximum RAM for Working Set cache’ is the governor.

·         Maximum value is: 2147483647 MB

·         Minimum value depends on version and is 200 MB in 9.3.1 [In other case, default value is: 200 MB]
