Microscope Special Effects software error

Hello,

I have realized that every time I launch the Microscope Special Effects Software the following error message appears .Why is this happening? I have tried the solution provided on the error message but it has not worked yet.

An error has occurred.

Make sure your microscope is connected, then try restarting the application. If you are still having problems, disconnect your microscope, reboot your computer, then reconnect your microscope (103)

Microscope Special Effects software error

This is not a problem with your computer or an operating

system. It is a bug error that appears occasionally not

always andyou don`t need to do anything that says this

error. Just make a click on ok then go back to the menu

and click again on MICROSCOPE button  

and that’s it. Your program will run in normal conditions.
